The Houses

Every family Casa works with, in one box. The whole map, in hand.

Casa is built one family at a time, and this box holds all of them: the estate wheat, two schools of oil, both tomato regions, the attic's balsamic, the 1858 biscuit, the orchard's fruit, the hunter's jar. One item per family, each chosen to introduce its house honestly.

Opened, it is an education; used, it is weeks of meals. It is the box for bringing someone into all of it at once — the gift that makes a person a Casa customer by dinner.

One item carries egg, marked plainly: the cantucci, because Prato's original recipe has never changed, and neither have we changed it.
