Datterino Trilly
Sweet red datterino, whole, in nothing but its own juice.
Trilly is the farm's red datterino, jarred whole and unpeeled in its own juice — the closest a preserved tomato comes to one off the vine.
Because they are whole and sweet, these do jobs a peeled tomato can't: roasted alongside vegetables until they burst, warmed whole through a pasta at the last minute, spooned over burrata or grilled bread, straight into a salad in winter.
Trilly is the red of the family's whole-tomato trio; Blondy is the orange, Dolly the yellow. Same farm, same summer, three colours of sweetness.
Meet the House: Tomatoes from a Puglian farm in the Foggia countryside, grown organically on land the family has worked for four generations.
Complete your table: Fior d'Olio, Guglielmi — a serious oil over burst tomatoes · Yellow Label Balsamico, Il Borgo — for the winter salad · Fusilli Lunghi, Mancini — the shape that catches whole tomatoes.
